Group Tickets

The Helen Chamber of Commerce invites your group to join us at the 55th annual Oktoberfest at the Festhalle in Alpine Helen, Georgia. Oktoberfest at the Festhalle features German Oom-pah bands that play waltzes, polkas and the “Chicken Dance.” The menu features old German favorites including wurst, red cabbage, Sauerkraut and German potato salad. Beverages include German beers and wines as well as domestic beers and wines, soft drinks, and coffee.

Packages

Our group ticket packages are available for groups of 25 or more.

Tables will be reserved for groups booking Sunday through Friday.
RESERVED TABLES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS!

Groups must arrive at the Festhalle within one hour of opening for reserved seating. We reserve the right to remove or re-assign reserved tables after that time!

Group pricing includes admission and meals.

Two complimentary tickets are provided for groups over 25 paying guests. Please do not “split” large groups – only two complimentary tickets will be given per group.

Package 1 – Admission and German Dinner
$30.00 per person Monday – Thursday
$35.00 per person Friday/Saturday

Package 2 – Admission only
$10.00 per person Monday – Thursday
$15.00 per person Friday/ Saturday

Package 3 – Free Admission
Sundays only

Package 4 – Sunday German Dinner (Free admission)
$20.00 per person (Sunday only)
Kitchen closes at 6:00 pm

Meal – German Dinner

Dinner includes:

One wurst of your choice.
Choice of two sides (red cabbage, German potato salad, sauerkraut)
Choice of one dessert (German chocolate cake, cheesecake, or apple strudel)
One non-alcoholic beverage or coffee

Food is served cafeteria style.

Payment Policies

Group rates are only available with advanced reservation and pre-payment in full.

Tickets must be paid in full TWO WEEKS prior to arrival date to receive the group rate.

Credit card payments are accepted (Mastercard and Visa only). A 3.95% fee will be assessed for credit card payments.

Tickets can be mailed, picked up at our front gate or delivered to your lodging property (local Helen properties only). Tickets must be paid in full prior to being mailed or delivered.

If picking up tickets, please call 678-464-1877 to make arrangements. This number is to arrange for ticket pick-up only. For all other questions please call 706-878-1908.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE, OR ANY OTHER REASON.

Armbands will be included with tickets for select groups. If armbands are provided for your group, please be sure everyone is wearing an armband prior to arrival to the Festhalle. We reserve the right to check ID’s!
